RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.

14 - DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at information@vitare.fr within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Products should be unused and unopened where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the direct cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us at information@vitare.fr before sending any product back. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Where required by applicable consumer law, the refund will include the standard delivery cost paid for the original order. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at information@vitare.fr and provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide you with instructions for the appropriate resolution.

SEALED PRODUCTS

For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed products may not be eligible for withdrawal once the seal has been opened after delivery, where this exception applies under applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective or faulty products.
